Hand
power tools are common tools which has high rate of electric shock
accident. To this end, Hand power tools are divided into three
categories according to the national standard :
ClassⅠ: rated
voltage is 220V or higher, there is only general insulation internal. It
has to be installed leakage protection or safety isolation transformer
when using tools. The case of ClassⅠ tools are normally all-metal
enclosure.
class Ⅱ: although the rate voltage is also 220V or
higher, but its interior has reinforced insulation or double insulation,
its safety performance is better than class Ⅰ. In order to distinguish
class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ, there is always a mark "回" on class Ⅱ tools.
The case of class Ⅱ tools are metal or non-metal, but the hand-held part is non-metallic.
Class
Ⅲ: This kind of tools adopt safety voltage to supply power, the rated
voltage is not over 42∨, its safety performance is better than class
Ⅰand class Ⅱ tools. The case of class Ⅲ tools are normally all-plastic.
